The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags and packaging are intact.
The item has not been damaged through customer use or improper care.
The customer contacts us before returning the item.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect washing, ironing, misuse, accidents, or improper care is not covered.
